Training and Education

The City of Sydney RSL Club is committed to training and developing its staff. The club provides on the job training through a structured training system developed by the club. The club may also wish to invest in some of its employees, if work performance and appraisals have indicated that such an investment will benefit both employee and employer.


 Advancement and Promotion

At times there will be opportunities available for staff to apply for a promotion. All promotions will be advertised firstly within the club to offer staff the opportunity to apply. If there are no suitable applicants, the club may advertise externally.
